Thank you for considering our event as a worthy cause for your support. Particularly, in our first year as a new committee, funds are tight, and while we expect to be able to cover our costs with ticket sales, sponsors, and advertisers, we greatly appreciate any amount that you can offer as well.
If we end up actually making money on this event (we’re not intending for this event to be a fund-raiser), we’ll keep some money in the bank account for starting next year’s event, and if we have extra, we will look into a local non-profit to donate the proceeds.
