Participation Dates*
I agree release, waive, discharge from liability and covenant not to sue History Alive and the Hillsborough Historical Society or their
agents, volunteers, employees, assigns, successors, directors, or officers (“Releasees”) from all liability to me or my personal
representatives for any and all injury or damage to me or my property arising out of or related to my presence at History Alive, whether
or not caused by the negligence of the Releasees. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or
costs, including costs of litigation and attorneys’ fees arising out of or related to my presence at History Alive, whether or not caused by
the negligence of the Releasees. I assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of or
related to my presence at History Alive, whether or not caused by the negligence of the Releasees.*
